COMPLIANCE NOTICES & RESTRICTIONS

POLICY FOR MAGAZINE RESTRICTION

Specific U.S. jurisdictions restrict the sale and transfer of firearm magazines and other firearm accessories. Law enforcement and military are routinely exempt from these restrictions. Leapers, Inc. does not process sales or shipments prohibited by law. Any intermediary party distributing or selling Leapers products to an end-user is exclusively responsible for verifying that the sale/transfer is not prohibited by law.

Certain exemptions exist to each of these magazine capacity restrictions that allow active law enforcement, military, and other specifically authorized individuals to purchase restricted magazines. Please contact us if you are attempting to complete a purchase under a qualified exemption. No state allows for shipping warranty replacements of restricted magazines.
