UTG PRO USA MANUFACTURING

Leapers started the UTG PRO line of Made in USA products in 2009. Since then, we have grown from one carbine quad rail handguard to offering a wide variety of items. Our manufacturing operation is equipped with dozens of CNCs, including some robot-automated high end machines usually used for making precision aerospace and medical equipment. We also acquired the most advanced RoboShot polymer injection machines to manufacture innovative high quality polymer products. In answering market demands, we dedicated part of our manufacturing space to implement an in-house Cerakote™ painting facility. The growing popularity and recognition of our UTG PRO products continues to fuel our commitment and endeavor to provide consumers with USA made products that can compete at every level. You can count on Leapers to persevere in this manufacturing journey and we welcome and value the continuous support from our loyal customers.

UTG EUROPE DISTRIBUTION CENTER

"Global Reach with a Local Presence" - this is the focus of UTG Europe to serve the European market. Established in 2012, UTG Europe is located just outside of Frankfurt, Germany. Our customers within the region can now directly benefit from its locality and friendly staff to gain quick access to UTG products. As a fully integrated entity, UTG Europe owns and operates from a distribution center with over 21,000 Sq Ft of office and warehouse space. This investment is a significant milestone for the Leapers UTG family. It is our answer to the rapidly growing demand for UTG products in the European market. It is also our long term commitment to our loyal international customers to provide our innovative products through improved logistics with local caring support.

UTG CHINA MANUFACTURING CENTER

The UTG business philosophy is complete vertical integration. In the past 2 decades, we have consolidated our overseas operations into a wholly owned subsidiary with R&D engineering, manufacturing, and production guided by UTG quality control and management disciplines. To date, in our overseas operations, we have sophisticated technical equipment for light/laser production, specialized dust-free rooms for optics assembly, automated CNC's for a wide variety of metal parts production, and more. We apply our vertically integrated management in everything we do. When buying UTG products, you are not buying any sub-contractors' products from unknown sources. You are getting US designed products made from UTG controlled manufacturing processes, technical assistance, and customer support.

UTG TAIWAN

Our company and its primary brands, UTG® and UTG PRO®, in committed efforts to expand the vast product line we are known for announce the grand opening of our UTG Taiwan R&D and Manufacturing Center. With the main objective of advanced technology development and improving international distribution, supply, and logistical efficiency, establishing UTG Taiwan was the next step after having established the UTG PRO® USA Michigan manufacturing center and the UTG Europe division in 2009 and 2012, respectively. UTG Taiwan is now the home to world class Japanese Fanuc and Brother CNC machines, Tsugami 6-axis Swiss machines, Fanuc polymer injection molding, and Fanuc and Yushin robotics for automated manufacturing operations to meet the international demand for quality shooting sports products. In addition, to ensure industrial and mil-spec standards, the facility is equipped with German precision inspection and testing equipment for executing stringent quality control testing, validation, and certification requirements. Products include a unique range of high quality mounts and sights, magazines, OEM components, and a line of integrated optics.
