INNOVATIVE TRUE STRENGTH TS PLATFORM
History, development, & technology
TS, as in True Strength®, is the signature scope construction platform of Leapers UTG® optics. As the name suggests, no matter if it's a full size or compact scope, magnifier or dot sight, we aim to achieve the highest dependability starting at the heart of our scopes' structure. The research and development of this innovative structure was initiated in 2001 and in 2002 the first TS Platform scope was put into mass production. With our continuous testing, verification, and multiple rounds of improvement, we started promoting and selling TS optics on a global scale in 2005. Today, all our optics are built on the tough TS Platform to include a one-piece integral aluminum main tube, meticulously placed reinforcements at key structural points, and nitrogen purging to achieve optimal rainproof, fogproof, and shockproof performance even in the most challenging of scenarios. This superior TS Platform has even been adopted into the lineup of UTG® laser products, giving them precise and secure adjustment.
SMART SPHERICAL STRUCTURE

WIRE PRO 5-STEP RETICLE
The Pro 5-step reticle is designed for crossbows. The reticle consists of five horizontal lines and a vertical line, with a thin center crosshair. The horizontal lines are for aiming at 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 yard distances, calibrated for 300fps crossbows.
Follow the steps below to zero a scope with Pro 5-step Reticle on a crossbow:
This reticle is calibrated for a 300fps crossbow. Due to the differences in crossbows and bolts, we suggest that you confirm the drop yardage with your particular crossbow
- Refer to section M. General Zeroing Procedures, and zero the center crosshair at 10 yards. The second descending crosshair should be accurate at approximately 20 yards, the third at 30 yards, the fourth at 40 yards, and the fifth at 50 yards.
- To confirm, start by moving the target back a further 8 yards and shooting using the next descending crosshair. Adjust the target until the bolt is hitting the bull’s eye. Document the exact range.
- Repeat Step 2 for each crosshair.
