ETCHED GLASS RANGE-ESTIMATING B1 BDC RETICLE

For up-close work at low magnification, a segmented circle surrounds a T-Dot crosshair for placing shots quickly on target. Tapered sub-tensions like that of a German Duplex draws the eyes to the center of the reticle.
At higher magnification, the T-dot crosshair features a simple floating 1 MOA dot. Just below the 1 MOA dot are four additional 1 MOA dots for holdovers at 300, 400, 500, and 600 yards. Each holdover dot is accompanied by range estimating brackets. Determining the range to target is easily accomplished by sizing up the targets’ shoulder width within the correct bracket. The segmented circle and T-dot crosshair are the only parts of the B1 BDC reticle that illuminates.
